Joe Spagnoletti, the founder of Spagnoletti Net, specializes in developing technology leaders and teams.

Joe has more than 30 years of technology leadership experience. Most recently he served as CIO of USLBM a multi-billion dollar building supply company.  Joe was hired specifically to establish a robust IT organization to match the company’s explosive growth. This required a complete rebuild of the technology architecture as well as the organization structure and staffing.

Previously, Joe was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Campbell Soup Company. He is the former Director of Information Technology for the global medical technology leader, Becton Dickinson. Joe began his career in technology startups in the healthcare and financial industries.

Joe has extensive experience in operating technology enabled services including finance, sales and marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, human resources, research and development

In 2011, Joe was recognized by Temple University Fox School of Business as IT Leader of the year and in 2012, he was named one of the top 50 distinguished CIOs in the U.S. He's participated on multiple boards, including the CIO Executive Council and the Fox School of Business Advisory Board. He is a former trustee at Cooper Health Systems and the Campbell Soup Foundation.

Joe has also served as an adjunct processor and guest lecturer for major universities and global organizations including: MIT, Temple University and Society for Information Management (SIM). He is a respected thought leader who  has contributed to World 50, the Wall Street Journal CIO Network and the Corporate Executive Board. He is a graduate of Albright College and is a motorcycle enthusiast.
